Nc Medical Malpractice Attorney Statue Of Limitations In NC Medical Malpractice?

Statue Of Limitations in NC Medical Malpractice? - nc medical malpractice attorney

I recently discovered that a surgical sponge is left in me after hernia surgery in 2001. He had abdominal pain that I thought was due to a small cysts on their ovaries. I lived with pain due to a student with 2 jobs, part time and without health insurance. After the pain was most severe at night, I on the emergency and the ER doc ordered a CT scan revealed a sponge found in the lower abdomin near my bladder. This explains the constant urinary tract infections, I've had in recent years, and my stomach aches. What are my rights? Is it too late? I take painkillers to relieve the pain, and I'm down in a few days. I borrowed money for a down payment for the surgery.

Explore Item: Toll-sun, if you knew - or should have known - of abuse.

Well knew that he was, until recently, of wrongdoing. So the sun is not turning up to the date on which he announced the presence of the sponge.
